Timothy J. Bilecki is a Honolulu, Hawaii based attorney who defends U.S.
Military service members facing criminal charges in military courts. He
travels worldwide to defend clients, with a primary focus on cases in
the Pacific Rim, including Hawaii, Guam, mainland Japan, Okinawa and Korea.

Mr. Bilecki believes in the mantra that “you are the average of the
five people you associate with most,” and has spent years building
his team of experienced trial lawyers, associates, specialists and investigators.
His cases are both local and international. Some have led him to far-flung
places across the globe, including the barangays of Manila, the streets
of Cambodia and locations across Korea, Japan and the Pacific. Mr. Bilecki
has the distinction of having taken over 100 cases to trial in military
courts, all with unparalleled results.
Prior to launching his own practice, Bilecki was a member of the
U.S. Army JAG Corps and lauded as one of the best trial attorneys in the U.S. Army. Mr. Bilecki's
first duty assignment in the military was at Fort Hood, Texas, where he
served as a military defense counsel. He was then stationed in Honolulu,
HI, and served as an International Law Attorney focusing on the Asia-Pacific
Theater. He concluded his military career with a two-year tour in South
Korea as the Senior Defense Counsel for the Army in Asia.
